Nibarger Construction LLC, a locally owned and operated company, opened its doors in 2001 as a general contractor providing mostly residential land clearing and rockeries. As our company grew, our services have expanded to include commercial site development tasks, while still attending to the single family home building projects. We take pride in working closely with our clients producing quality, budget-minded projects delivered safely and on time.

Nibarger Construction has developed lasting relationships with subcontractors and vendors who share our same work ethics and values. When we opened our doors nearly 25 years ago, we primarily served Western Washington. For years, we worked on projects, both big and small, in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. However, in 2024, we expanded our operations to Central Washington by opening up a new location in Coulee City, WA. We are excited to offer all of our services to Grant, Douglas, and Chelan Counties.
