Current Projects
Since 2001, Nibarger Construction has had the opportunity to work with a wide-collection of developers, builders, and home owners. The following are recent projects that we have completed or are currently working on.
Momiji Grove - Maple Valley
Momiji Grove is a 39-home community located in beautiful Maple Valley. Our work began here late in 2020 after the COVID-19 delays. All safety protocols have been implemented and we are pleased to be back at work!
Ten Trails Townhouses - Black Diamond
Ten Trails is an up and coming new mega-development in Black Diamond, WA. Our role in this project consists of site prep, foundation dig outs, and the installation of wet and dry utilities in preparation for 28 townhouses.
Demolition in Redmond, WA
Demolished several structures including abandoned houses, garages, and out buildings in preparation for a new residential single family development.
Land Clearing - Hobart, WA
This land clearing in Hobart is for a large horse barn and indoor covered riding arena. After land is prepared, we are installing infiltration systems for storm water control. This helps reintroduce rainwater and storm runoff into the aquifer.
Redmond View Townhomes
Nibarger Construction started work in the Redmond area early Spring 2016 for a new community of 7 view townhomes in downtown Redmond. These homes will have spectacular views of Mount Rainier and all of the townhomes will have 3-4 bedrooms, rooftop decks, and are easily accessible to many amenities nearby. In keeping with Ichijo tradition, the homes will include quality products that buyers love such as piano finish cabinetry with organizers and pull-down shelves, modern interior doors with magnetic doorstops, dual sliding windows, closet systems, and more.
Issaquah Highlands - Sun Ridge
Nibarger Construction had the pleasure of building the foundations for Ichijo USA's Sun Ridge development in Issaquah Highlands. Sun Ridge is a development of 35 single-family homes that range from 2,000 to over 3,000 square feet. These modern homes include 3.24 KW solar panels and in-floor radiant heating. Sammamish Town Center
Completed in 2017 was a 75 unit townhome community at the new Sammamish Town Center! The community will feature homes ranging in size from 1,200-2,800 square feet, 13 live/work units, open courtyards and parks. Going south on 228th Ave SE., pass the shopping (Safeway) and you will find the townhomes up the hill on the left located at 524 228th Ave S
